The device is equipped with a tank (28) of a disinfectant with a mixture (30),dosing pump (33),a multifunctional valve (34) and control elements together with electrical power elements, in the form of a wheelchair (1),on which platform (3) is placed a case body with a cover (7),divided by a partition (12) into a separate chemical chamber (13) containing disinfection elements and a separate electrical chamber (14) containing control elements and battery power elements (17) together with a rectifier and an inverter (18) replacing DC to AC to power elements in a chemical chamber (13).
