The essence of the utility model consists in the fact that in the device for measuring the dependence of the speed of sound on temperature in samples of tissue-equivalent and biological materials containing a container for liquid, this container is made in the form of a shell with a closed volume, consisting of two equal parts, each of which is placed one of the elements of the acoustic cell, in addition to the latter, an additional acoustic cell is mounted in the shell, whose elements are installed with a gap relative to each other and placed in parts of the shell next to the elements of the main acoustic cell of the same name and parallel to them, each of the shell parts equipped with a fitting that, together with the cavity of the shell, provides a flow system for a thermostatically controlled fluid. In this case, the upper part of the shell is provided with a through hole for introducing a temperature sensor into the cavity of the shell.
