PURPOSE: A processing apparatus is provided to process potatoes in a spiral shape and to improve the production efficiency by rotating multiple potatoes at a constant speed.CONSTITUTION: A pair of guide rails (11) are installed in front and rear on the upper surface of a workbench (110) in side-by-side on left and right side, respectively. A transfer bed (120) does a linear reciprocating motion upon the driving of a driving motor. Multiple transfer screws (130) are installed in the same direction with the guide rails to be separated with each other, and fixes potatoes on the front end. A processing part (140) processes potatoes which rotate and move forward according to the transfer screws, to a spiral shape. A processing frame (141) is formed with multiple through-holes (142) on the perpendicular plate. A blade (143) is installed in the direction to be orthogonal to the transfer screws.
