The present invention relates to a drug carrier and a nanostructure using the same, wherein the drug carrier can effectively dissolve even a hydrophobic drug in a water-soluble solvent, has excellent biocompatibility, and can efficiently deliver a drug tumor-specifically by stimulation reaction. The drug carrier includes a polymer formed by coupling phenylboronic acid to a maleic acid anhydride polymer.본 발명은 소수성 약물도 수용성 용매에서 효과적으로 용해시킬 수 있고, 생체 적합성이 우수하며, 자극 반응성에 의해 종양 특이적으로 효율적인 약물전달이 가능한 약물전달체 및 이를 이용한 나노구조체에 관한 것이다.
