A method of deploying fasteners within a body by providing a device having a handle and at least one actuator. The handle is connected to an elongated hollow housing having distal and proximal ends, and a needle within the hollow housing. The device has a first cartridge containing at least one fastener releasably connectable to the distal end of the hollow housing. The fastener is at least partially housed within the needle and has at least two anchors connected together by a non-resilient flexible suture which does not resist deformation under compressible loads. The method uses the steps of inserting the distal end of the hollow housing to a target site within a body, attaching tissue together within the body by deploying the fastener, and removing the first cartridge and replacing it with a second cartridge.Linvention concerne un procédé de déploiement dagrafes dans un organisme au moyen dun dispositif muni dune poignée et dau moins un actionneur. La poignée est reliée à un boîtier allongé creux doté dune extrémité distale et dune extrémité proximale et dune aiguille à lintérieur du boîtier creux. Le dispositif comprend une première cartouche contenant au moins une agrafe, qui peut être connectée à lextrémité distale du boîtier creux et en être retirée. Lagrafe est au moins partiellement contenue dans laiguille et comprend au moins deux ancres reliées ensemble par une suture flexible non élastique qui ne résiste pas à la déformation sous charges compressibles. Le procédé comprend les étapes dinsertion de lextrémité distale du boîtier creux dans un site cible à lintérieur dun corps, lattachement du tissu à lintérieur du corps par le déploiement de lagrafe, et le retrait de la première cartouche et son remplacement par une deuxième cartouche.
