PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing artificial bone and artificial bone manufactured thereby are provided to obtain compact bone imitating haversian channel and Osteon structure. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing artificial bone is as follows. A polyurethane sponge is dipped in zirconia slurry and is coated(S1a). A zirconia support body is manufactured by sintering the coated polyurethane sponge(S1b). Zirconia/bibasic phosphate with a trilaminar structure and a zirconia/bibasic calcium phosphate support are manufactured(S1c). The zirconia/bibasic calcium phosphate and zirconia/bibasic calcium phosphate support are dipped in bibasic calcium phosphate slurry and are coated(S1d). Zirconia and bibasic calcium phosphate support are manufactured by sintering the zirconia/bibasic calcium phosphate and zirconia/bibasic calcium phosphate support(S1e). [Reference numerals] (AA) Sintering; (BB) Manufacturing zirconia; (CC) Dipping in BCP/ZrO2 slurry; (DD) Manufacturing ZrO2/BCP-ZrO2 support; (EE) Sintering; (FF) Manufacturing ZrO2/BCP support; (GG) Completion; (S1d) Dipping in BCP slurry본 발명은 인공골의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 인공골에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 해면골을 모방하기 위해 폴리우레탄 스폰지를 이용한 지르코니아와 비페이직 칼슘 포스페이트의 지지체를 제조하고, 치밀골을 모방하기 위해 전기방사에 의해 생성된 섬유를 철사에 감싸서 하버시안 구조를 모방하고, 이렇게 섬유가 감싸진 섬유를 다발로 구성한 후 섬유를 다시 감싸서 오스테인 구조를 모방함으로써 천연골의 해면골 및 치밀골을 제조할 수 있다.
