PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing plate for holding a medical treatment appliance to a body surface, in which a treatment appliance can be set in a movable state or a fixed state, in which the treatment appliance can be surely held in a fixed state, and which can be formed of a small number of components.SOLUTION: A fixing plate for holding a medical treatment appliance comprises: a ball ring 1 comprising a through hole 11 to which a shaft of a medical treatment appliance can slide, and plural notch parts 12 which have a gap parallel to a shaft and a stopper body 2 which is integrally formed of the same material. The stopper body comprises: a flange part 21 serving as a body surface contact surface, and comprising plural slits 211 comprising a radial gap a ball holder part 22 serving as a storage part of the ball ring, and comprising a ball holding surface 222 on which plural pawl parts 223 are formed and fastening means 23 formed as a knob 231 with a hook 232 for regulating operations of the ball ring, by expanding and shrinking the ball holder part.
