The invention relates specifically to the chemical synthesis, identification and determination of the chemical structure of analogues of the caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE) with activity against cancer, especially against liver cancer. The invention also relates to the production of pharmaceutical compositions containing same and to the use thereof for preventing and treating cancer by means of the chemoprotective capacity thereof.La presente invención se refiere específicamente a la síntesis química, identificación y determinación de la estructura química de compuestos con actividad contra cáncer, en particular cáncer hepático de compuestos análogos del éster fenetílico del ácido caféico (CAPE) definimos tres fórmulésteras generales. La invención también se refiere a la preparación de composiciones farmacéuticas y al uso de los compuestos descritos en la prevención y el tratamiento del cáncer por su capacidad quimioprotectora.
