PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable treatment tool which is suitable for resolving the stiff shoulder and lumbago on the back of own body, enables the user to perform an electric massage and an application of poultice as a series of work and is suitable for a present for the elders or the like.SOLUTION: A first handle 10 and a second handle 20 are connected with a connection 23, the second handle is detachably fixed with a holder 31 by bolts and the holder is detachably attached with a poultice or an electric massage instrument. Furthermore, the scratching member of the first handle is formed with a photographic installation part 13 with a dent deeper than the surroundings, handle parts 14, 22 of the first handle or the second handle are formed with a message installation part 16 in a dent deeper than the surroundings. Sticker photographs taken by a cell phone or the like and messages printed on the sticker can be set in the scratching member 11 of the back-scratcher and the installation part of the handle part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】自分の体の背面の肩こりや腰痛解消に好適な、電動マッサージと湿布薬の塗布を一連の作業として実施でき、しかも高齢者等へのプレゼント品としても好適な携帯式治療具を提供する。【解決手段】第１取手１０と第２取手２０が接続部２３で接続され、第２取手にはホルダー３１が脱着自在にボルト止めされ、ホルダーには湿布薬又は、電動式マッサージ器が脱着自在に装着される。また、第１取手の掻手部には写真装着部１３が周辺より窪んで設けられ、第１取手や第２取手の柄部１４，２２にはメッセージ装着部１６が周辺より窪んで設けられる。携帯などで撮影したシール写真と、シールにプリントしたメッセ―を孫の手の掻手部１１や柄部の装着部に装着できる構成とする。【選択図】図１
