PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puddling machine grading and leveling cultivated soil, even if the cultivated soil becomes raised and high on the field.SOLUTION: The puddling machine 1 is provided with an apron 19, pivoted to the rear end of a shielding cover 15 covering the top of a rotary working part 13 rotatably supported on the machine body 3, and a leveler 21 pivoted to the rear end of the apron. A linking mechanism 30 that works with the vertical turning motion of the apron 19 is placed in between a support plate 16, attached to the shielding cover 15 and the upper face of the leveler 21. The linking mechanism 30 has a first arm part 31 and a second arm part 32, and an oil damper 40 is attached between the upper face of the first arm part 31 of the linking mechanism 30 and the main frame 4 of the machine body 3.
