PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lingual orthodontic bracket preventing from coming into one-point contact with a largely curved part of an arch wire.SOLUTION: In a lingual orthodontic bracket 1, a central part 23 of a slot bottom face 4a is formed into a relatively recessed shape with respect to end parts 11 and 12 at both sides in the slot length direction. This configuration can avoid one-point contact where a curved part of an arch wire W comes into contact with the central part 23 of the slot bottom face 4a, and can form two-points contact state where it comes into contact with both-side end parts 11 and 12. This configuration can surely and easily perform a rotation control of an anterior tooth so as to reduce friction between the arch wire and the lingual orthodontic bracket 1 and enhance the speed of moving the anterior tooth.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】アーチワイヤの大きな曲がりの部分に対して1点接触状態で接することのない舌側矯正用ブラケットを提案すること。【解決手段】舌側矯正用ブラケット1では、そのスロット底面4aを、スロット長さ方向の両側の端部11、12に対してその中央部23が相対的に窪んだ形状にしてある。アーチワイヤWの曲がり部分がスロット底面4aの中央部23に接触した1点接触を回避して、両側の端部11、12に接触した2点接触状態を形成できる。これにより、前歯のローテーションコントロールを確実かつ容易に行うことができ、アーチワイヤと舌側矯正用ブラケット1の間のフリクションが低減し、前歯の移動を早くすることもできる。【選択図】図1
