The second electrode has a hollow structure, and the first electrode extends through the second electrode； the proximal end of the first electrode is fixedly connected by means of a mandrel connecting member to the distal end of a mandrel； the proximal end of the mandrel is connected to the first slider of the handle portion, and moves axially on the handle portion by means of the first slider, thereby causing the first electrode to expose from/retract into the second electrode.
