A circuit board (52) is connected to the first electrode terminal (48) and the second electrode terminal (50) on the outside of the receiver housing (46) and between the pair of electrodes (54,62) and the receiver housing (46), wherein the pair of electrodes (54,62) extend from the circuit board (52).
