The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a distilled extract containing Schisandra chinensis manufactured by a specific manufacturing method and a composition containing the same. Specifically, by confirming antioxidant activity and skin aging inhibitory activity of the extract through: (experimental example 1-1), a DPPH radical scavenging activity experiment for the extract； (experimental example 1-2), an ABTS radical cation scavenging activity inhibitory activity measuring experiment； (experimental example 2), a total flavonoid content determination experiment； (experimental example 3), a cell viability measurement experiment by MTT assay； and (experimental example 4), a nitrogen oxide measurement experiment, the extract can be usefully used as the composition for treating and preventing antioxidant and skin aging diseases.본 발명은 특정 제조방법으로 제조된 오미자 함유 증류 추출물의 제조방법 및 이를 함유한 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 상기 추출물에 대하여 DPPH 라디칼 소거활성실험 (실험예 1-1)； ABTS 라디칼 양이온 소거능 저해활성 측정실험 (실험예 1-2)； 총 플라보노이드 함량측정 실험 (실험예 2)； MTT assay에 의한 세포 생존율 측정실험 (실험예 3)； 질소 산화물(Nitric oxide) 측정실험 (실험예 4) 등을 통하여 항산화활성 및 피부노화억제활성 등을 확인하여 항산화 및 피부노화 질환의 치료 및 예방용 조성물로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
