The present invention relates to polymeric nanoparticles for the combined administration a number of substances of natural origin for the treatment of prostate cancer. Specifically, the present invention relates to nanoparticles based on a blend of poly(ε-caprolactone) and poly(D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid)-poly(ethylene glycol) loaded with suitable amounts of resveratrol and celastrol. The invention also relates to the preparation of said polymeric nanoparticles loaded with resveratrol and celastrol and to their use for conveying said active substances in the treatment of prostate cancer.La présente invention concerne des nanoparticules polymères pour ladministration combinée dun certain nombre de substances dorigine naturelle pour le traitement du cancer de la prostate. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne des nanoparticules fondées sur un mélange de poly(ε-caprolactone) et de poly(acide D,L-lactique-co-glycolique)-poly(éthylène glycol) chargées avec des quantités appropriées de resvératrol et de célastrol. Linvention concerne également la préparation desdites nanoparticules polymères chargées de resvératrol et de célastrol, ainsi que leur utilisation pour transporter lesdits principes actifs dans le traitement du cancer de la prostate.
