PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing spherical jelly which stably produces the spherical jelly of a large drop of a diameter of not less than 10 mm.
SOLUTION: The method for producing the spherical jelly includes forming respectively a jelly liquid passage 25a between the large-diameter tube and the middle-diameter tube of a triple tube nozzle 25, a liquid oil passage between the middle-diameter tube and the small-diameter tube, and an inside liquid passage 25c in the small-diameter tube, and vertically moving, while ejecting each material from the end part 25d of the triple tube nozzle 25, the triple tube nozzle 25 to a descending position where the end part 25d of the triple tube nozzle 25 is put into a condition of contacting the liquid surface of a cooling liquid 26 or sinking in the liquid, and an ascending position where the end part is put into a condition of separating from the liquid surface of the cooling liquid 26 and ascending into air.
