The hair-dye is composed of a first material and a second material which includes oxide. The first material includes the snail mucus extracts. The snail mucus extracts includes chondroitin. The hair-dye includes a third material including the snail mucus extracts 0.01~20 weight% of the snail mucus extracts is included in the whole composition. The snail mucus extract is obtained by extracting using water, alcohol or acetone. The snail mucus extracts comprises allantoin, glycolic acid, collagen or elastine. A manufacturing method of hair-dye includes snail mucus extracts is processed by mixing with the second material after mixing the extracts at 40-50 deg.
