PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam sterilization device which sterilizes by clean steam, and which can be used even at a facility having a less electric capacity and at a facility on which sufficient steam supply is impossible.SOLUTION: A steam sterilization device comprises: a sterilization tank 11 and a clean steam supply source 2 for generating clean steam V2 by heating and vaporizing pure water W, and supplying the clean steam V2 into the sterilization tank 11.
