An ultrasound transducer assembly for beam focusing comprises: a piezoelectric element concavely formed to focus ultrasound on a first focusing point and an acoustic lens attached on a concave surface of the piezoelectric element and focusing ultrasound emitted from the piezoelectric element on a second focusing point which is relatively closer to the piezoelectric element than the first focusing point.
