PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send a substance to be injected into an intended depth of a skin structure of a living body not via a syringe needle.SOLUTION: A syringe without a syringe needle includes: an ignitor a gas generator an enclosing part for enclosing the substance to be injected a pressurizing part for applying pressure on the substance to be injected and a passage part defining the passage. The pressurizing part has: a first pressurizing mode for raising the pressure on the substance to be injected up to a first peak pressure so that a through passage may be formed in the injection target area, and then lowering the pressure on the substance to be injected down to a standby pressure and a second pressurizing mode for pressurizing the substance to be injected on the standby pressure, so as to raise the pressure on the substance to be injected up to a second peak pressure, thereby injecting a determined volume of the substance to be injected.
