The present invention relates to a method for producing fermented Bacillus subtilis using a Rythopus oryzae strain and a fermented Bacillus subtilis prepared by the method. Fermented white water produced by the method of the present invention using the Rissofus orientalis can be usefully used as a composition for antioxidant and anti-inflammation by enhancing the antioxidative and anti-inflammatory effects.본 발명은 리조푸스 오리제 균주를 이용한 발효 백수오의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 발효 백수오에 관한 것이다. 리조푸스 오리제를 이용하여 본 발명의 방법으로 제조된 발효 백수오는 항산화 및 항염증 효능이 증진됨으로써, 항산화 및 항염증용 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
