PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weed pulling apparatus capable of continuously performing pinpoint weed pulling in a standing posture without imposing a burden on a body and arms, and continuously removing viscous soil and weeds after pulling out the weeds from the apparatus only with hand operation, and continuously pulling out the weeds.SOLUTION: A turning claw 4 journaled at the upper part of a preceding claw 5 and turned by a spring 8 to be releasable nips and holds grass with the operation of a lever at an other end of the turning claw. When culm 1 is pulled out of the ground, a kicker 7 having a surface substantially perpendicular to the preceding claw for holding a pinpoint weed root, and pushed down to the lower end of the preceding claw by a spring 9, presses down the pulled-out weeds toward the lower end direction of the turning claw. When the turning claw is then released by lever operation, the pulled-out weeds are released, and simultaneously a bottom part of the kicker can discharge the weeds out of an apparatus in an instant from the inside of a turning part. Further, the bottom face of the kicker can remove soil and weeds sticking to the apparatus with an impact of a sudden stop at the lower end of the preceding claw.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】立ち姿勢のまま、身体や腕に負担をかけずに連続してピンポイントの草抜きができ、草抜き後の粘性を持つ土や草を手元操作のみで機器から取り除き、連続して行えることができる草抜機器を提供する。【解決手段】先行爪5上部に軸支され、バネ8にて回動し開放しうる回動爪4は回動爪他端のレバーの操作により、草を挟み込み保持する。稈1を地面より抜くとピンポイントの草の根元を保持する先行爪と略直角面を持ち先行爪下端にバネ9により押し下げられたキッカ7が、抜かれた草を回動爪の下端方向に押さえ込む。その後、レバー操作で、回動爪を開放すると、抜かれた草が開放されると同時にキッカ底部が回動部内より瞬時に草を機器から放出することが出来る。さらにキッカ底面が、先行爪下端で急停止した衝撃で機器に付着した土や草を取り除くことができる。【選択図】図1
