PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spreading bag which facilitates work of spreading its contents, prevents its contents from being spread to an unintended area, and enables its contents to be uniformly spread over a large area.SOLUTION: A spreading bag 1 has a double-layered structure comprising an outer bag part 10 and an inner bag part 14 which is provided inside of the outer bag part 10. A lower opening part 12 is provided at a lower section of the outer bag part 10 and can be freely opened and closed with a fitting tool 20 which includes a male fitting part 26 and a female fitting part 28, which is detachably fitted to the male fitting part 26.
