The present invention relates to a laparoscopic port-site suture device using a trocar. More specifically, needle passing holes are formed on both sides of a cannula of a trocar to be able to be penetrated by a suture needle at a certain angle of inclination; the trocar can be used as a trocar requiring maintenance of pressure in an abdominal cavity by installing a cannula band, capable of sealing the needle passing holes, on the outer circumferential side of the cannula; the suture needle is formed to be able to penetrate the cannula band and to pass through the needle passing holes; and thus the trocar can be used as a port site suture device. According to the present invention, the laparoscopic port-site suture device using a trocar comprises: a tube penetration needle which can punch a port for a surgery on a body; a cannula in the shape of a hollow cylinder which allows the tube penetration needle to be inserted therein, is penetrated by the tube penetration needle, and supports and maintains the punched port; a head which is joined to an upper end portion of the cannula and has a sealing valve for maintaining airtightness even when the tube penetration needle is inserted therein and penetrate the same; and a suture needle which can penetrate a body while a suture thread is supported on an upper end portion to enable the punched port to be closed.
