PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep body temperature measuring apparatus and the like, capable of measuring a deep body temperature more accurately than before by using a thermal image.SOLUTION: A deep body temperature measuring apparatus 10 for measuring a deep body temperature of a person 2 to be measured comprises: a thermal image acquisition unit 11 for acquiring a thermal image of the person 2 to be measured a deep body temperature estimation unit 12 that according to deep body temperature estimation algorithm, estimates a deep body temperature of the person 2 to be measured from the thermal image acquired by the thermal image acquisition unit 11 and outputs the estimated deep body temperature as a result of measurement by the deep body temperature measuring apparatus 10 a personal authentication unit 13 for performing personal authentication on the person 2 to be measured and a control unit 14 for changing the deep body temperature estimation algorithm depending on a result of the personal authentication performed by the personal authentication unit 13.
