PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposing system using a catheter for delivering an embolus device to a prescribed region inside a blood vessel.SOLUTION: The system is a medical device for disposing the embolus device at a prescribed region inside the blood vessel of a living body, and comprises a delivery catheter and a flexible pusher member with an inner lumen, slidably disposed inside the inner lumen of the catheter. The embolus device is attached to the distal end part of the pusher member, and is held inside the delivery catheter by a mechanical engagement mechanism comprising an engagement member piercing through a holder ring at the proximal end part of the embolus device. The embolus device is locked to the pusher member by a separation member piercing through an opening at the distal end part of the engagement member.
