The present invention is related to a compound named (1S)-2-acetyl-1-(4-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl)-5-fluoro-1,2,3,9-tetrahydrospiro(β-carbolin-4-1'-cyclopropane) represented by the following formula. The compound, as compared with the known TSPO antagonists, significantly inhibiting decrease of pain threshold and hence can be used as an excellent prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for fibromyalgia.本發明係關於以下式所示之(1S)-2-乙醯基-1-(4-氯-2-甲氧基苯基)-5-氟-1,2,3,9-四氫螺[β-咔啉-4,1’-環丙烷]所示的化合物。與公知之TSPO拮抗劑相較，該化合物顯著地抑制疼痛閾值之降低，故而可成為纖維肌痛症之優良預防及/或治療劑。
