The method of early diagnosis of the depth of burn lesions comprises the thermography of the burn surface and the surrounding tissues followed by application of the cloth soaked ozonized saline and repeated thermography. The depth of burn lesion is assessed based on the comparison of the changes in surface temperatures. At the same time, the intravenous dropwise infusion of ozonized saline is provided. For application, the cold (3-5 °C) solution of the ozonized lipin and Dioxysol-Darnytsia at a 5:1 ratio is used, the exposure time is 3-4 min. When the cloth is removed, the intermediate control thermography is provided over the whole surface. The depth of burn lesion is assessed based on the comparison of the changes in surface temperatures measured in the second vs. third thermography. The increase in the skin temperature difference by more than 1.0±0.2 °C is indicative of the surface lesion with spared peripheral blood flow in the adjacent area of paranecrosis. The increase in the skin temperature difference by less than 1.0±0.2 °C is indicative of deep dermal lesion with paranecrotic area and the progression of the burn lesion in the adjacent tissues.Способ ранней диагностики глубины ожогового поражения включает термографическое исследование ожоговой поверхности и окружающих тканей, местное воздействие на поврежденную поверхность путем аппликации салфеткой, пропитанной озонированным физиологическим раствором, а также повторное термографическое исследование и диагностику глубины ожога на основе сравнения изменений поверхностных температур. Дополнительно одновременно с аппликацией начинают внутривенную капельную инфузию озонированного физиологического раствора, аппликацию осуществляют охлажденным до 3-5 °C раствором озонированного Липина и "Диоксизоля-Дарница" в соотношении 5:1 с экспозицией 3-4 мин, а также при снятии салфетки выполняют промежуточную контрольную термографию на всей поверхности.
