Each blade comprises a cutting edge portion and at least one through hole penetrating the cutting edge portion communicated with the gap. For each blade, the cutting edge portion has an inner surface facing the gap and an outer surface opposite to the gap, wherein intersection of the inner surface and the outer surface becomes a cutting edge. The through holes are adjacent to the cutting edge and penetrated through the inner and outer surfaces, and the positions of the through holes are corresponded to each other.
