The process of making a healthy burger patty using ponyfish (Leiognathidae sp.), bean sprout as extender and cornstarch as filler comprising the steps of: (1) sorting fresh Ponyfish and bean sprout from spoiled ones (2) washing the said materials using tap water (3) drying under the heat of the sun the bean sprout for 6 hours (4) deboning the Ponyfish (5) grinding the Ponyfish using a mechanical grinder (6) grinding the bean sprout using mortar and pestle (7) mincing carrots, green pepper, onions using a manually operated mincing tool (8) mixing 25-55 pcnt by weight grind ponyfish, 15-25 pcnt by weight grounded bean sprout, 20-40 pcnt by weight cornstarch, 5.3 pcnt by weight onion, 2-8 pcnt by weight carrots, 3.5 pcnt by weight tap water, 1-4 pcnt by weight garlic powder, 0.5-3 pcnt by weight green pepper, 0.12-0.50 pcnt by weight table salt, and 0.1-0.3 pcnt by weight powdered black pepper until ingredient are distributed properly and (9) molding the mixture to form a square, round, triangle, rectangular shape burger patty.
