This nonwoven fabric for a gel mask, which has a plurality of through holes, has the following features: (1) bulk density greater than 0.02 g/cm3 and less than or equal to 0.15 g/cm3； (2) average hole opening area of the through holes of 0.40 mm2 - 1.00 mm2； (3) proportion occupies by through holes in the nonwoven fabric surface of 16 - 50%； and (4) thickness of the nonwoven fabric of 0.10 - 0.40 mm.
