The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of cancer, the composition comprising: (a) afatinib and (b) isolated natural killer (NK) cells, a cytokine promoting in vivo NK cells, or a combination thereof, and a use thereof. As afatinib increases the sensitivity of cancer cells to NK cells to raise the cytotoxicity of NK cells against cancer cells, the composition of the present invention exhibits a synergistic effect of greatly increasing an anticancer activity from the combined use of (a) afatinib and (b) NK cells, a cytokine promoting in vivo NK cells, or a combination thereof.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique destinée à la prévention ou au traitement du cancer, la composition comprenant : (a) de l'afatinib et (b) des cellules tueuses naturelles (NK) isolées, une cytokine favorisant les cellules NK in vivo, ou une combinaison de ces derniers, et une utilisation de la composition.
