PURPOSE: A rubber plate for protecting rubber pad of a drag net lifting device is provided to use only by replacing the rubber plate later. CONSTITUTION: A rubber plate for protecting rubber pad of a drag net lifting device comprises an auxiliary drum, a multi-layered drum(50), rubber pads(60), rubber plates(70), fixing plates(80), and bolts(90). The rubber pads are installed by leaving equal distances to be projected on the outside of the multi-layered drum, which passes the drum over drag nets(71). The rubber plate covers the outside of the rubber pad. The drag net is formed to touch the rubber plate. The rubber plate fixes the both side by using fixing plates, and the bolts are fixed to the multi-layered drum by penetrating the fixing plates.본 발명은 어선에 설치되어 바다에 쳐진 그물을 고기가 손상되지 않으면서도 힘들이지 않고 인양하는 어선용 그물 인양장치에 있어서, 그물이 미끄러지지 않고 올리도록 하는 고무판의 마모를 방지하는 한편 그물의 용이하게 인양될 수 있도록 하는 그물 인양장치의 고무판 보호패드에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 그물 인양용 다단드럼의 외측으로 다단드럼의 길이 방향으로 등간격으로 돌출되게 고무패드를 설치하되 상기 고무패드의 외측을 감싸는 보호용 고무판을 설치하고, 상기 고무판 사이는 고정판을 씌워 다단드럼의 표면에 고정되게 함으로써 이루어지는 것이다.
