According to various embodiments of the present invention, a biometric signal measuring device or an electronic device may comprise: a housing； a first electrode disposed on one surface of the housing； a second electrode disposed on one surface of the housing； a third electrode disposed on one surface of the housing； a fourth electrode disposed on one surface of the housing； and a processor. The processor may be set to be able to check a request related to electrocardiogram measurement of a body, sense a first signal by using the first electrode and the fourth electrode at least based on the request, sense a second signal by using the second electrode and the fourth electrode at least based on the request, sense a third signal by using the third electrode and the fourth electrode at least based on the request, determine the first signal and the second signal as a first biometric signal related to the electrocardiogram, determine the second signal and the third signal as a second biometric signal related to the electrocardiogram, determine the third signal and the first signal as a third biometric signal related to the electrocardiogram, and store at least one biometric signal among the first biometric signal, the second biometric signal and the third biometric signal in a memory functionally connected to at least part of measurement information on the electrocardiogram.
