Disclosed is an auto-injection system comprising an auto-injector handpiece, a body, and a control means. According to the auto-injection system of the present invention, the auto-injector handpiece comprises: a housing in which a syringe filled with an injection material is inserted an actuator for operating the syringe filled with an injection material by forwardly moving a syringe plunger by a piston and a suctioning needle member having a syringe needle and an air suctioning concave part. The body comprises: a vacuum pump connected with the air suctioning concave part by an air pipe path and a solenoid valve installed in the air pipe path, and controlling air suctioning force through the air pipe path while the vacuum pump is operated. A pressure sensor for measuring suctioning force of the air pipe path is installed in the auto-injection handpiece. When the suctioning needle member comes in contact with skin, the control means makes the syringe needle inserted in the skin by closing the solenoid valve while the vacuum pump is operated. The syringe is operated by the actuator, so an injection material in the syringe is injected into the skin.
