SOLUTION: The intraocular lens power determination method includes: a step of inputting diopter data of eyes after inserting IOL and postoperative data including axial length and IOL diopter a step of storing the postoperative data in association with an IOL model to a database a step of customizing a lens constant applied to every IOL model and every IOL formula on the basis of many postoperative data, calling the postoperative data from the database, obtaining a lens constant applied to each IOL formula by counting it backward for every patient eye, and obtaining a functional equation of the axial length and the lens constant and a step of inputting the axial length to select the IOL formula and the IOL model in determining an IOL diopter for a new patients eye, obtaining a lens constant in accordance with the axial length on the basis of the functional equation when the customized IOL model is selected, and obtaining the IOL diopter according to the IOL formula.
