FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to plastic surgery. It involves combined anesthesia including local tumescent infiltration anaesthesia and intravenous sedation. That is followed by direct "acute" limited dissection in the subcutaneous layer by means of surgical scissors within borders of the masticatory muscle for direct access to the superficial muscular-aponeurotic SMAS system. That is followed by the advanced "blunt" atraumatic dissection subcutaneously by means of a cannula with a flat tip from the region of the direct "acute" dissection medially and downwards in the direction from the auricle to the nasolabial triangle and further caudally on neck from outer edge of nodding muscle and submental area to clavicles on left and right. Elastic silicone sutures-implants are fixed to deep temporal fascia, mastoid and Lore's fascia and elastic silicone suture-implants are performed simultaneously through SMAS within the limits of direct "acute" dissection in technique of plication and subcutaneously within the limits of expanded "blunt" non-traumatic dissection.
