PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous gel composition that contains a large amount of ceramide and nonetheless does not crystallize in oil and has excellent stability over time, and a cosmetic that contains the nonaqueous gel composition, does not arouse crystallization of ceramide and shows excellent stability over time and does not contain water.SOLUTION: The nonaqueous gel composition is provided that contains ceramide which is an optically active substance, meadowfoam estolide, and an oil solution which is liquid at 25°C, excluding the meadowfoam estolide.
