The implant (1) comprising at least two assembled components, at least a first component (3) of which is intended to be mobile with respect to at least one second component (2). The method comprises the steps consisting in: – designing the implant (1) in such a way that the said second component (2) at least partially envelops the said first component (3) and that at least one connecting bridge (4) connects the said first component to the said second component, each bridge (4) having a cross section such that it is frangible – creating the implant (1) using a method referred to as 3-D printing, consisting in depositing on a platen a layer of powdered fusible material, in causing the particles of this layer of powder to fuse at locations corresponding to the shape which, at the level of this layer, the said first component (3) and/or the said second component (2) and/or the said at least one bridge (4) has/have – in repeating these operations until the implant (1) is fully constructed, and – in eliminating the powder particles that are not fused.
