The present invention relates to a carboxyl-terminal domain motif of metabotropic glutamate receptor 1a (mGluR1a) to which extracellular signal-regulated kinase 2 (ERK2) is connected. In addition, the present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating drug addiction, comprising a bonding inhibitor which prevents the bonding of ERK2 and mGluR1a. The carboxyl-terminal domain motif of mGluR1a to which ERK2 is connected prevents mGluR1a-ERK2 interaction, and thus can be used in developing a novel treating/preventing method capable of initially controlling the drug dependence.본 발명은 ERK2(extracellular signal-regulated kinases 2) 가 결합하는 mGluR1a (metabotropic glutamate receptor 1a)의 카복실말단 영역(carboxyl-terminus) 모티프에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 ERK2와 mGluR1a(metabotropic glutamate receptor 1a)의 결합을 방해하는 결합 억제제를 포함하는 중독의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상기 ERK2(extracellular signal-regulated kinases 2)가 결합하는 mGluR1a(metabotropic glutamate receptor 1a) 카복실말단 영역(carboxyl-terminus) 모티프를 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드, 이를 포함하는 벡터, 이로 형질전환된 형질전환체, 이 형질전환체를 이용하여 상기 모티프를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 ERK2(extracellular signal-regulated kinases 2)가 결합하는 mGluR1a(metabotropic glutamate receptor 1a)의 카복실말단 영역(carboxyl-terminus) 모티프를 이용하여 중독증상의 치료제를 스크리닝 하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 ERK2(extracellular signal-regulated kinases 2)가 결합하는 mGluR1a(metabotropic glutamate receptor 1a) 카복실말단 영역(carboxyl-terminus) 모티프는 mGluR1a-ERK2 상호작용을 방해하여, 약물의존성을 초기에 제어할 수 있는 새로운 치료/예방법 개발에 이용될 수 있다.
