The frame includes a main body (20a) providing an aperture (24) therethrough for the introduction of breathable gas into a nasal cavity. An elbow assembly (60) is swivelably coupled to the front surface of the frame (20). The elbow assembly (60) includes a swivel elbow (160) that defines an intake port (162) and an exhaust port (164) separated from the intake port using a baffle (161).
