The tissue thickness compensator according to claim 1, wherein the first drug, the second drug, and the third drug are independently selected from a hemostatic agent, anti-inflammatory agent, antibacterial agent, antimicrobial agent, anti-adhesive agent, anticoagulant, pharmaceutical active ingredient, matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor and their combinations. 3. The tissue thickness compensator according to claim 1, wherein the first drug is a hemostatic agent, the second drug is an anti-adhesive agent, and the third drug is an inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinases.
