PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health apparatus that automatically perform heel-dropping exercise.SOLUTION: A movable plate 12 is attached to one side edge (supporting point side) on a base 11 in a freely turning manner, and the other side edge of the movable plate 12 opposed to this supporting point side reciprocates vertically. An eccentric cum 15 is arranged on the lower base of the other side edge of the movable plate 12. The rotation axis of this eccentric cum 15 is connected to the rotation axis of an electric motor on the base. A notch is provided in one side of the longest radius part of this eccentric cum 15. The cam side of the movable plate 12 comes up from the lowest position to the highest position by the rotation of this eccentric cum 15, then, comes down from the highest position to the lowest position to come in abutment with an abutment part 15 t of the base 11, and then, these operations are repeated. A heel-placing plate 14 is movably attached on the movable plate 12 between the supporting point side and the cam side. A user places heels of both feet on the heel-placing plate 14.
