PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular member attaching structure, a tubular member attaching method, and a body to which a tubular member is attached for attaching the tubular member to the body to which the tubular member is attached easily and reliably so that a space part provided inside the body to which the tubular member is attached communicates with the inside of the tubular member.SOLUTION: The inside of the tubular member 30 communicates with the space part 12e by inserting one end of the tubular member 30 into a thin film part 12h provided between a fitting groove 12g and the space part 12e to constitute a part of a base member 12. The tubular member 30 is held by the fitting groove 12g and the thin film part 12h, and the attached state of the tubular member 30 is visually confirmed by fitting the tubular member 30 in the fitting groove 12g provided on the lower end surface of the base member 12.
