PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable paper diaper which does not require a printing die for every size even when sizes of exterior bodies are different, positional deviation of a design is not generated, and has good appearance.SOLUTION: An exterior body two-division type disposable paper diaper 1 comprises: an abdominal side exterior body 12F for covering an abdominal side F a back side exterior body 12B for covering a back side B and an interior body 200 which is connected to the abdominal side exterior body 12F and the back side exterior body 12B. The abdominal side exterior body 12F and the back side exterior body 12B have a drawing pattern 21 or the like provided on a target position even when sizes of drawing patterns provided thereon are different, and the abdominal side exterior body 12F and the back side exterior body 12B having the drawing pattern 21 are formed of a drawing pattern formation sheet 20 printed by a single printing die.
