The invention relates to the field of pharmacology and medicine and concerns compounds which can be useful as antipsychotic agents. The compounds described are 5H-dibenzo[b,e][1,4]diazepine derivatives of general formula (1) or pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salts and/or hydrates thereof. The compounds according to the invention are more effective than clozapine.Linvention se rapporte au domaine de la pharmacologie et de la médecine, et concerne des composés qui peuvent être utilisés en qualité dantipsychotiques. Linvention concerne des composés consistant en des dérivés de 5h-dibenzo[b,e] [1,4]diazépine correspondant à la formule générale (1), ou leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables avec de lacide et/ou leurs hydrates. Les composés selon la présente invention sont plus efficaces que la clozapine.Изобретение относится к области фармакологии и медицины и касается соединений, которые могут быть полезны в качестве антипсихотических средств. Описаны соединения, представляющее собой производные 5Н- дибензо[b,е][1,4]диазепина общей формулы (1) или его фармакологически приемлемые соли с кислотой и/или гидраты. Соединения согласно изобретению более эффективны, чем клозапин.
