PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocardiography examination method, and an electrocardiography examination system capable of more accurately identifying an abnormal region of the heart.SOLUTION: By calculating the similarity of a pacing waveform to a template waveform based on a coefficient of correlation and an amplitude ratio, the reliability of the similarity can be improved over the case where the similarity is calculated based on a coefficient of correlation only, and an abnormal region of the heart can be more accurately identified. That is, since more accurate similarity can be displayed as compared with the conventional method, it is possible to reduce the possibility that a doctor determines a region as an originating region of abnormality of the heart such as VPC though in reality it is not the originating region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】心臓の異常部位をより正確に特定できる心電図検査方法、及び心電図検査システムを提供すること。【解決手段】テンプレート波形に対するペーシング波形の類似度を、相関係数と振幅比とに基づいて算出したことにより、相関係数のみで類似度を算出する場合と比較して、類似度の信頼性を向上させることができ、心臓の異常部位をより正確に特定できるようになる。つまり、従来に比して正確な類似度を表示できるので、医師がVPC等の心臓異常の起源部位ではないにもかかわらず、起源部位であると判断してしまう可能性を低くできる。【選択図】図3
