PURPOSE: A drip irrigation controlling apparatus and a drip irrigation system using thereof are provided to control the unnecessary supply of processing water, by separately controlling a drip valve. CONSTITUTION: A drip irrigation controlling apparatus for reducing the water supplying amount comprises the following: a drip valve main body(2) connected to a hose for the drip irrigation; a drip flow passage controller opening and closing a drip flow passage of the drip valve main body; and a soil water pressure transmitting unit transmitting the pressure change inside soil by the water content to the drip flow passage controller.
