The present invention relates to a portable excrement detection terminal enabling an accurate judgment of the existence or non-existence of excrement regardless of the thickness of clothes, the terminal enabling an accurate judgment of the existence or non-existence of excrement regardless of the thickness of clothes by comprising: an oscillator generating a low-frequency; an excrement detection unit radiating the low-frequency generated from the oscillator to an object being measured, and detecting excrement by using excrement as a medium; an electromagnetic wave signal amplification unit amplifying an electromagnetic wave signal outputting from the excrement detection unit; a direct current conversion unit converting the excrement detection signal amplified in the electromagnetic wave signal amplification unit to a direct current; an excrement detection discrimination unit comparing the direct current converted in the direct current conversion unit and a configured reference value, and outputting the comparison result as an excrement detection discrimination value; and an excrement detection display unit visually displaying, by the excrement detection discrimination value output from the excrement detection discrimination unit, that excrement has been detected.
