A production method of a processed plant composition is disclosed by comprising the following steps: producing a crushed plant product by wet milling plants into a size smaller than 7 mm； separating the crushed plant product into juice and solid parts, reducing the moisture from the juice to reduce the total amount of the juice into 15-45 wt%, and mixing the juice with the solid parts to obtain plant paste having a volume which is less than 50 vol% compared to the total volume of the plants before wet milling； mixing a crushed dried plant product with the size smaller than 7 mm or plant powder of the same or a different kind of plants with the plant paste, and aging the mixture to obtain a plant mixture containing 20-40 wt% of moisture； and producing the processed plant composition with the three dimensional shape having the weight less than 1 g, and the volume less than 2 cm^3.본 발명은 식물을 7 mm 이하의 크기로 습식 분쇄하여 식물 분쇄물을 제조하는 단계； 제조한 식물 분쇄물을 즙과 고형물로 분리하고, 분리한 즙의 수분을 감소시켜 분리 당시 즙 전체 중량 대비 15 내지 45 중량%가 되도록 한 후 식물 분쇄물에서 분리한 고형물과 혼합하여, 습식 분쇄 전 식물 전체 부피 대비 50 부피% 이하의 부피를 가지는 식물 반죽을 제조하는 단계； 제조한 식물 반죽에, 동종 또는 타종(他種)인 식물 분말 또는 7 mm 이하 크기의 건조 식물 분쇄물을 혼합하고 숙성시켜, 식물 혼합물 전체 중량을 기초로 20 내지 40 중량%의 수분을 포함하는 식물 혼합물을 제조하는 단계； 및 제조한 식물 혼합물을 중량 1 g 이하 또는 부피 2 cm3 이하인 3차원 입체 형상의 식물 가공물로 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 식물 가공물 제조 방법을 개시한다.
